Surgical training
In Nice, in November 2025, Dr Clair-Florent Schmitt-Bernard attended a surgical training session at FLAAK Academy dedicated to aesthetic and therapeutic keratopigmentation.
The session combined theoretical teaching with practical work under the operating microscope. Topics included patient selection and contraindications, technical principles, colour science, postoperative follow-up, and the prevention and management of complications.
The practical component provided a supervised review of the different stages of the surgical procedure.
The training concluded with validation of the FLAAK Academy certificate.
